did i get the right size bike?
I’m 5′9″ and bought a trek road bike which is 17.5″ in size.
I’m not sure if i’m being paranoid but it feels a little small. There’s a sticker on the bike saying 44.5cmm. My feet can touch the ground flat while i’m sitting on the seat, is that normal? There were 2 sizes the 20″ or the 17.5″.
The guy at the store reccomended the 17.5″
Should have i got the bigger?
Sorry guys, I forgot to mention that its a Trek 7.3 Flatbar road bike if that helps.

yeh there’s a sticker on the bike that says 17.5″/45.5cm.
something is not right with this story.
I will say if it feels to small then its to small.
I’m 5′9″ and all of my road bikes are 52 or 54 cmm.
Your toes should beary touch the ground when sitting on the saddle
this could be a compact frame. (slopping top tube) but your feet should not be flat on the ground when in the saddle.
you could rise your seat post a little. but I would go back to the bike shop tell them I’m not happy with the fit. A bike must fit you.
I very surprised they let you out of the shop with it fitting that way.
