I’d like to customize my guitar fretboard and pickguard.?
I have an Ibanez ndm1 Talman.
I’d simply like to know what is the best way to put a logos or pictures on the fretboard to replace the traditional pearl-dot inlay. If I put stickers on top of the pearl dots, would they stay? Or is there a way to paint or print it somehow after having taken off the strings?
Something else, I’d like to buy a pickguard for that guitar (it doesn’t come with one originally), what’s the best way of having a custom one made, or finding one that fits that guitar?

Lester G, I don’t know what kind of phobia you have of Ibanez guitars, but one thing is for sure, if I bought this guitar I intend to use it not sell it back first chance I get. It’s a sturdy and reliable guitar and I know it will last me as long as I want.
I know it’s only an Ibanez but nonetheless what you’re planning to do will reduce its resale value substantially. When you’re ready to move up to a better guitar and want to sell this one you’ll regret modifying it.
